After Casa Grande and a quick lunch back at the house. We headed to Mesa where we got to visit the park that was next to Gordy and Kim's old house. So there are a lot of family pictures of James and his siblings playing there. It was fun for James to be able to share that with our kids. Next we headed over to the Mesa temple and walked around the grounds looking at the Christmas decorations. The display they have there is amazing. I was hoping to be able to go back to see it at night but everyone was getting hungry and anxious. So we headed to dinner to a pizza place and after everyone was tired and ready to go home. But I did find a filipino grocery store close by and was able to convince everyone to stop there for a bit while I picked up some yummy filipino snack before we headed back to Nona and Grumpy's.
