RAIN

 HOORAY FOR RAIN!!!!!! Finally we have received rain. It's been wanting and praying for rain and the monsoons to come. This week our prayers have been answered and the monsoon have arrived and we have been enjoying every minute of the rain. We even had the power go out for a couple hours because of it. 

Kilian had fun pulling out his camping gear to help us all "see" when the lights went out. :p
 

Getting the hang of it.

 I really think I am getting the hang of how this works. The more I do the more excited I am getting about beading. I have found a lot of sure cute patterns that seem easy to follow and have been having fun practicing.

Trying Something New

I've had this loom and beads since Christmas and I have been trying to figure out what to do with them so they don't go to waste. The loom thus far has been really frustrating. But after some research, videos tutorials and a determination and will of iron to figure this out. I finally did just that. I am excited that I finally figured this out as well as happy with what I produced. I'm not "hooked" yet but maybe after a few more times and researching the right patterns to try out. This may be a new hobby. I guess we'll see.
 

Happy Birthday to ME!

 I've had my gun for awhile but haven't had the chance to shoot it yet. So for my birthday I finally went out and shot my gun. It was so fun and I'm glad I can now start to get a feel for it.
