Graduation Party

 After a lot of hours of work, struggle, burn outs and pushing through. James was able to make it through his last class and graduate from American Public University with a Bachelors in Environmental Sciences. I am so proud of him and all his hard work. He was so subtle about it too and did'nt expect any validation. So I felt inclined to bring it everyone's attention. I was able to actual pull off a surprise party for James WITHOUT him knowing it. I know SHOCKER RIGHT!?! It was so great. Nikki and her family came down, Bob and Lucas came down. I contacted his boss and invited people from his work. Today was the big day no one from his work showed up but that's ok. His family was here and then my parents came up as well and the best part was that it was a complete and total surprise. Congratulations James, I'm so proud of you!!!

Week Long Job

Our daycare lady moved locations and then raised her prices. We were concerned about how we were going to cover the new costs of daycare. Then she told us that her landlord put limits on how many kids that she wanted on her property and the she wouldn't be able to watch Avery. So we needed to find a new daycare either for both kids or keep Kilian with Caitlin and find a new daycare for Avery. Either way it was going to cost us up to $1000 for childcare alone which was going to be a substantial increase. After a talk James and I decided it would be cheaper to take the kids out of daycare and for me to quit Lincare and look for work at night. I found a job at Family Dollar in the warehouse. It was BRUTAL! It was 8 hours of constant on your feet moving, no people to talk to, no music to listen to. my legs and arms were bruised from pulling product and packing them away and I was only sleeping about 3 to 4 hours a day. I had a mental and emotional breakdown at work one night and realized I couldn't take that job. So I started looking for new work again.
