Dec 9:We've already talked about the color evergreen which most Christmas trees are. We've already talked about the star on top of the Christmas tree and the lights that are placed on it's boughs. Now it's time to talk about the actual tree.
The Christmas tree carries with it many different symbols of the Christmas season. From the lights and presents to the star or angel that adorns the top of traditional Christmas trees. the pine tree is used because of it's natural architecture you could say. Just like Catholic Cathedrals of ancient Europe and the LDS temples of today. The pine tree naturally draws your eye up towards heaven. Helping to point you up towards our Heavenly Father and his Son Jesus Christ.
Just another great way to remind us of the true reason of the season.
